Paulie’s Vault
Paulie was a staple in the Syracuse music scene, and for 40 years he recorded shows of all genres from a multitude of venues. When he passed away he left behind a MASSIVE collection of completely unreleased recordings he had acquired. Most he did himself, some he got through the forgotten art of tape trading. Each episode will feature a whole set (or at least as much of the set as Paulie taped). Some are great sounding soundboards, others are decent audience recordings he made, some are just awful soundng that are here for history’s sake( fear not you will be forewarned). We hope you enjoy this collection of rarities, including a plethora of unheard Syracuse history. Brought to you by The Lost Horizon. Theme song by Greg Pier.

Here's a decent sounding set from Caustic Method at Mac's Bad Art Bar! It starts mid song but is consistent from there!

So the sound on this one averages around a C+. Great for fans but not something you would normally just decide to casually put on.

Here's a real gem. Local artists Krystal Image were an all female rock group that didn't really fall into the glam category, but easily would have pleased any fan of that genre. They really had their own thing going on here.

Here we have a good sounding set from Rosetta at The Westcott Community Center. This band was always amazing live. A good listen!

Here's a deep cut. Local oddballs SIV (self induced vomiting) do an entertaining set here. I cleaned this one up the best I could, but it was on an old lower grade tape. That said it's completely listenable and you'll get a kick out of it.

Here is a decent sounding set from local goth rock band Jayne Dracula at The Half Penny. Best known for their live show, Jayne Dracula made waves with their brand of darkness.
